The main roads, now empty of nearly all two-leg activity, is no longer a threat to the cats. However, the smaller roads that were made to move behind the maze of houses are filled with rats and dogs. You would think cats would stay clear of here, but it is the best place to find prey, and the best path to get from place to place.
